XPT Leak Check Fail

Hello all,
My XPT will not pass a leak check and I am not sure why? I have done a benchmark test and all the valves or ok. But when I do a leak check it will not reach setpoint of 25 psi, will only get to ~ 15 psi. I have checked all the connections and cannot find a leak anywhere. I am running two systems on the same lines and the other system passes the leak check no problems.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
