Hi Everyone !!!!

I would like to know the most common System configuration for analysis of following compounds through HPLC and GC Systems. Kindly suggest us associated Detectors, columns/consumables required to perform these kind of analysis.

If possible post me analysis methods as well.

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (specially 16 pollutants including Benzo A Pyrene)
Pesticide Residues
PCBs
Chloriphyll pigments e.g. Chlorophyll a, b and c
