Setting up AOC-5000 on Shimadzu QP2010+

Our computer recently had some viruses that have been removed. This caused a problem with the GCMS Solutions software which had to be re-installed. GC and MS are communicating with software but can't see to get the AOC-5000 to talk to software. Can anyone help with setting this up. Seem to be going round and round and not getting any where. Thanks.
