Hello friends,

What's the difference between them?
Isn't it the breakdown of protein?
What would happen if I take Amino acid powder instead of protein?
The new product is "Bsn Amino X"
The main amino acids in it are--
Anabolic Amino Acid Interfusion 10g *
L-Alanine *
taurine (micronized) *
L-Leucine (Micronized) *
L-Valine (Micronized) *
L-Isoleucine (Micronized) *
L-Citrulline (Micronized)

It depends on what you mean by "take".
Will you eat it, or analyse it or, ....?
