Is there a way to export a chemstation library into excel format?
It is possible to export to .xls or .dif. Go to batch, select the batch options buttton -> Report Options -> Excel box. The report will be created in the form of an Excel workbook.

But the question was about exporting L_i_b_r_a_r_y (no matter what was meant by this word, definitely not Report).
This tool looks like it will convert an Agilent library to JCAMP-DX (Chemstation might be able to export to that too? I forget) which is a text format. You could then scrap the text data you need out of that JCAMP file into a CSV with Python/Perl or there might be a decent way to do it by opening the JCAMP file with Excel and reorganizing it with a VBA macro.
