pH adjustment in dextromethorphan Hbr as per EP

Hi

For the preparation of Dextromethorphan HBr EP mobile phase to attain the pH of 2.0 lot of acetic acid will consume there by total mobile phase composition will vary.(Ex;For 1000 ml approximately 150 to 200 ml acetic acid will consume)

Yes, that is true. I've experienced the samething as well however it worked at the end. Give it to go. It will be fine.
