Looking for a workstation

Hello,

I work for a small university in France, where we were recently donated used LC equipment from a pharmaceuticals company.

These are TSP equipment:
- Pump P1000
- autosampler AS3000
- Detector UV1000
- Waters SAT/IN module

unfortunately, they have not given us the Millenium or Empower licence neither the PC card in order to acquirre & process data.

Since, i have NO BUDGET in order to acquirre new software licence, I was wondering if somebody in this forum would know a way to connect the equipment, and mostly, where I could find on Internet a software that would be FREE of licence that would allow to use the SAT/IN converter to a computer.

I am not looking to pilot the TSP equipment but only to collect data & process them.

Anybody knows how?

Many thanks

hello,

Unfortunately, i never see free workstation.
If you search a good workstation, i can propose you "clarity software" lite version with an one canal colibrick A/D converter.
With this software, you can only aquire the signal.
The price is not very expensive and it's works well.

Say me if you are interesting, i can send you more information about the software.
Je peux aussi vous aider en francais en mp.

Cordialement,

Well, actually there is and I have already posted about it:

"Hello,

A cheap solution is Chromulan with 232SPDA AD converter B&B Electronics. Chromulan is free and the ADC is about 120 USD.
Just be careful about the analog output of the detector and the analog input of the ADC.

You do not get any cheaper, than 120 USD.
