Caffeine by fluorescence detector

Hi all,

We have an HPLC system with only fluorescence detector. I am not sure if it can be used for analyzing caffeine.
Thanks for any advice.

Yes, you (we) can :wink:

Try Excitation 276 nm and Enission 380 nm.

we use quinine available through agilent for FLD check
