Has anyone try to rest a blank chromatogram usin Empower?

I have a problem with the new version of Empower from Waters. Has anyone try to rest a blank chromatogram between two sample sets? It dosen't work. You cannot forget the blank chromatogram in a sample set, because if you inject the blank later this injection it is not rest.
Does anyone know to solve this problem?
