We have had 4 sequences shut down randomly in Chemstation (version E.02.02.1431) over the past week with the error message (in logbook): C:/...cnorm.ini.

The cnorm.ini file (apparently a configuration setting) is very much present in the data file on the C drive.

Agilent is in the process of sending us a patch for this software.

Has anybody else encountered this error message?
