Does anyone have any experience using the Varian 500 LC/MS (with 212 LC pumps, ProStar 430 autosampler, and 335 photodiode array)? I'm looking for a basic procedure to run using this system to see if the system is in working order. MS Workstation is the software that is used. Any info would be great. Thanks.
