Exactive Ion Trap. Since an electrical anomaly over the weekend. (UPS shows record of a "blip", but all systems were go!) Analyzer temp went out of range and shut down the Orbitrap. The vacuum has been wavering ever since from e-11 to e-10 mbar and I have lost sensitivity in the negative scan. Positive scan is fine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Warranty has been unusually slow to respond. Thanks!

While I am sure this is an engineering issue due to electrical concerns, has anyone had an issue regarding the operation after a board has been replaced? What should I be aware of? Thanks in advance.
