Our Varian GC 450 PIONA analyzer cannot boot. when the "ON" button is pressed, the booting lights ( Not ready-Ready-Run-Error) continues indefinitely hence the equipment cannot be ready. can any body tell me how to correct this problem?

Thank you,

James
Can your vendor help you?

if you have any other network adapters or cables then pull them out and reboot the PC and GC. The BOOTP service connects the two and can get confused. Once a connection is made, you can reconnect the other stuff. We have this problem with a 430 on Galaxie, I'm sure proper subnetting would figure it out!
Where can I buy the kit they use in CSI?
