Any feed back from CSH Waters column?

Hello all,
I'm wondering about the Surface Charged Hybrid column thechnology from Waters.
In which conditions and for which compounds can it give some advantage comparing to "classical" column (BEH C18 for exemple)?
Can anyone give some feedback of his/her experiences?
