Hello Frnds

Recently we had an audit of EDQM. One of its auditor asked me a question about HPLC but I was unanswered.
The question was HPLC carryover test at the time of HPLC calibration.
Does anyone have any idea about how to perform this test?

Thank you.
The manufacturer should be able to provide detailed instructions, but in general you run a high-level standard of a single compound and follow with a diluent blank. The area ratios give you the carryover.
