Have a query regarding a custom calculation that I am trying to perform. It is a Boolean and I am trying to compare a sample area against a standard area that is multiplied by 0.3. When I process my samples and manually integrate I get a blank result for this particular custom fields.

Any ideas/suggesstions?
When you manually integrate you erase the designations for your peak IDs (calculation doesnt have variables assigned anymore). You have to quantitate and get those labels back for it to know what you want it to calculate.

So, open processing method...
integrate
fix manually
quantitate

If that doesnt work, there is some sort of raw data root error in your calculation you need to fix. Cant tell from your post what your strings/labels look like.

Hi Miss_c
Thanks for your help.

I have named the sample unknowns as unknown 1, 2 etc in my processing method but i still have the same probelm. I noticed for my standards that the calculation works ok! The standard is labelled as ccalref.

Any ideas
Hi guys

Anyone got any ideas on how to resolve. Would really appreciate help/suggestions/ideas.
Export to Excel and do the Boolean there.

after you manually integrate you have to batch process the result set so that the custom field can access the standard data.
