How do I open .DATA chromatogram files (Galaxie software)

Hello,

I searched almost 4 hours on the internet for an answer and couldn't find any clue how to open my chromatograms (Galaxie)* .DATA files at home. I got a Galaxie DEMO CD from my tutor and after I failed installing it on my computer, I finally decided to look for an alternativ method to view my chromatogram files.


Does somebody know a good freeware or software to open *. DATA files?

Actually, this kind of tool doesn't exist.
To open Galaxie data files, you need to install Galaxie.

seek to appropriate position in file an read array of doubles (IEEE 8 byte float)

catalogue of sections of the file is in the beginning.
Unfortunately I cant understand it now.
