Hi all
i am new to this forum as well as to HPLC.
i am running a SCX column using 0.2M amm formate 10% ACN buffer. i want to know how to store the column after the run is complete.
Thanks in advance for your help.

That will depend on whether the column is polymer- or silica-based, and on the details of the bonding/derivatization chemistry. Contacting the column vendor for a specific recommendation is much better than trying to apply generic rules.
