sample shipment

Don't know if this is the correct forum for this question.
We are a lab offering EPA methods to the public. Lately our auditors have been holding our feet to the fire about sample temp. at reciept.
Our biggest chalange is wirh our 525 kit which contains 4 1 L bottles. Our current mailer is not working at all. It is a cardboard box with a foam insert to hold the bottles. We include a large ice pack.
I'm looking at a few mailers that contain a foam cooler, but the ones I have found so far are not quite the correct size ( either too small or way too big).
Anyone else dealing with this issue?
Any hints as to what I can do?

Thanks
John

All of the environmental labs I worked at shipped using large plastic coolers and plenty of ice/ice packs. Rarely had issues with samples over temp.

Like GCMSNoob the labs I've worked at (environmental and food) used various sizes of plastic cooler and vast quantities of ice or ice packs.

And masses of bubble-wrap to prevent breakages.
