I have Supelco 37 mix.
How to quantify the omega 3, DHA ,ALA, EPA etc with the stand mix
I believe that mix is not designed to be a quanitative tool but a mix to identify the FAME peaks on your system.

Not many columns will completely separate the different isomers of FAMEs.

Generally the FID response of different FAMEs are quite similar, with some unsaturated FAMEs having a lower response than a saturated FAME.

Good luck,

Rod
This website gives the % for each FAME for the Supelco 37 FAME mix, and it is total 10mg/ml in dichloromethane:

Althou Supelco describes it as qualitative standard to identify key fatty acid methyl esters in a variety of food products, they give %-ages to two places after decimal point for each ingredient.
For instance concentration of methyl erucate is 2.01 % traceable to NIST according to Certificate of Composition for 47885-U Lot No LB-82735.

In other words these are only nominal %-age values. Exact values (2 decimal places accuracy) may be found in Certificate of Composition for each lot.
