Nexera controlled by Empower through Citrix?

I talked to Waters, and they told me the Shimadzu Nexera is not supported through the Citrix environment. We have Empower CDS, enterprise environment. They said it would have to be used with a standalone dedicated FAT client. Can anyone confirm this? Sometimes the support guys give conflicting information; that is why I want to double-check. If that is true we most likely won't be getting a Nexera, so it is important I have my facts straight.

We did a pilot evaluation of this 12-18 months back and managed to get full instrument control of the Nexera through Empower on a Citrix environment.
