does anyone have a method for analysis of tannic acid by hplc? The sample is in phosphate buffer.
I do not have one but Google will point you to some.

You may follow this, too, MeOH : HAc : PIC8 0,1 % (75:1:24); 1 mL/min; C8 (150 mm x 4.6 mm); 30 degrees; 254 nm; 10 microL: run about 10 min. Have nice elutions!!
