All of a sudden, I may have some money to buy a new LC-MS/MS system. Because the timeline is so short, I have no time for a demo nor for a deep research into different systems. I narrow down my options to Xevo TQD and AB 4500 (no money for a higher end one). AB's price is slightly higher. The service quality levels in my areas should be the same.

Wonder if anyone has done a comparison on those two systems, most important in sensitivity/robustness. Does the z-spray still need frequent cleansing? Thanks
