Dears all

I have some problems with empower with waters auto sampler 2707:

During the run of sequence, the empower software is suddenly stop and abort injections, actually many times do this , so i do the following:

1-I check up cables and every thing is okay

2-I make "ping" to ip address for 1525 pump and detector and 2707 and found for 1525 pump:
C:\ping 127.0.0.1

Pinging 127.0.0.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 127.0.0.1:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

so I think the problem may be either in firmware or communication

any suggestions???????????????????????
127.0.0.1 isn't the IP adress of your pump, its your local host.

any messages in your message center?

Ace
IP addresses of components are best found in node properties, DHCP config. screen.
They should all be 192.168.0._

Ping those addresses.
Thanks,
DR

note: I think this problem are mainly occur to many labs having 2707 A.S waters

any suggestions?????????
Any anti Virus/malware software on the computer? Does it happen at approximately the same time each day? Have you checked the PC's system and application event logs?

3- I checked PC's Systems ,and systems PC are good
4- Also, Firmware version I checked it up, and its OK

note : this problem is mainly occur at different labs at different locations , so I think may be this problem due to communication or defective in firmware .. Actually, am don't know
