Dear all,

I inherited a Shimadzu CTO-6A column oven. This unit was controlled with a SCL-6 controller. Unfortunately I don`t have this controller or a manual.

My problem is that the unit won`t heat up. I strongly believe this is due to the missing controller. I know there is a "blind plug" for uncontrolled systems, but I don`t have this item.

Perhaps anybody is still working with this old dinosaur and is able to have a look at this plug. It would be nice to get the pin out for this plug so I could make my own.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards

Stephan
Just short pins 1 and 2 (on the blue remote connector of the unit, counting from left).
Earth the rightest pin too (that's how Shimadzu's blind plug looks like).
