Looking for old manuals

Basic questions from students; resources for projects and reports.

I've got my first job/project working with an HPLC starting in about a week, however the first step of my job is actually figuring out how to set up and program the HPLC. This normally wouldn't be a problem but the school was given the equipment with one manual. Calling waters ended up being an odd experience in tech support as after I asked about the 715 ultra wisp a mix of fear and confusion crept into the tech's voice and I was told we were tanked if anything went wrong and little support existed (this is never a good sign). Several hours of my best Goggle-fu helped piece together more about what I was working with but my knowledge still remains fragmented. This form came up near the top of several of my searches and the resources are great learning tools and discussions of several of the devices I need manuals for exist but I didn't want to dredge up old threads by asking there.
So does anyone have any documentation, manuals, videos , or even just anecdotes about any of the following:
Waters 715 ultra wisp sample processor
Waters 911 photo-diode array detector
Waters 640 electro-chemical detector
waters 470 scanning flouresense detector
waters 600 controller
waaters model 590 pump
I have the Waters 590 and 600 manuals right here.

At first, congrats to your choices: The 590 is a damn fine pump (running 6 alone in my lab) while the 600 is, well, a system controller (not using it much actually).

Generally, I like the Waters equipment from that time: It's rugged, reliable and the electronic components are generally fixable. Good luck with your equipment.
If I can get a scan or just a good description of how they work that would be great (the pump more than the controller as I think I found part of it's manual) and I'm glad it can be repaired as this thing has been in use at one lab or another for 20 something years now.
Also do you know what software is needed for the 600 controller?
Dear magwhich

Did you check with Waters. They might have the manual still availble.

They had one but it wasn't for the pump which is what im struggling with right now as i don't know how to hook the event I/o up to the controller.
