Problems scaling FID signal on MSD Chemstation

I am operating in dual detector mode with an MS and FID. I have been unable to get the FID signal to scale properly in the QEdit area of data analysis. It is scaling everything to the solvent peak and I have to zoom in 4 or 5 times on every peak just to see it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Do you want to supply your version/revision number of your ChemStation, or do you want us to simply guess. There've been changes since 1034C
