For certain compounds, the quant software does not see the chromatogram and displays ***NO DATA POINTS*** at the top of the target ion window. But the qualifier ions do have chromatograms. I can see the entire chromatogram in the qual software, so I know that the run completed.

Since nothing was integrated, that compound does not get exported to my data file and I have to manually add it with an ND.

Masshunter version B.04.00 / build 4.0.225.#
Computer is running Win Vista with Masshunter's SP1 installed. Same issue occurs on a different computer running Win7 with Masshunter's SP2 installed.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
