may i know which all criteria are looked into when you all compare Ion exchange column, especially when you need to select column between two different brands

search best conditions for your ions from different column catalogs..

was kind of thinking w.r.t the specification for same kind of column (lets say cation exchange,sulfopropyl) from two different brands (lets say from waters,zorbax,tosho )...
like when you look at RP columns we kind of look at carbon load,ligand density, end capping etc...so was curious what kind of parameters matter when you looking for comparison of Ion exchange columns....

Pretty much the equivalent.

For resin-based materials, the type of resin, crosslink, functionality, capacity, and particle size.

For silica-based materials, substitute bonding chemistry for type and substitute pore sise for crosslink.
