Creating a new mass library from NIST

Hi guys,

I have around 176 compounds and I analyzed by GCxGC-ToFMS. For many compounds, I don't have the reference mass spec in the NIST. I would like to create my own target compounds library. I have NIST 2008 software. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance!

Kaka

If your GCxGC-TOFMS system is a LECO system, ChromaTOF software allows you to create libraries and library entries directly from the peak table. If you have a GCxGC-TOFMS package from someone else, check the user documentation.
