Dear Guys
I try to develop method for analysis of Fampridine(4-amino pyridine) in human plasma usind LC-MS/MS. the chromatogaraphy is the following:
Mobile Phase: 25% of 5mM ammonium acetate with 0.10% FA:75% acetonitrile
Column: C18 150*4.6 mm
flow rate: 0.50 ml/min
The major problem i face is the stability of solution and or reconsituted samples in autosampler: the drug was unstable.
i hope if anyone can help me
hello,

I don't know if it is implicit in your question, but "derivatization" is the way to perform and improve stability of problematic analites, prior to injection. Every organic compound, such as amines, has their own suitable and specific reagents to do it.
