How to calculate Specific absorbtion

Hi to all how can we calculate the Specific absorption for a compound from it epsilon maximum value. I just tried to calculate it for Hydroxy progesterone caproate, the epsilon maximum for Hydroxy progesterone acetate is 10 to the power 4.33 (10^4.33=21379.3). The molecular weight for Hydroxy progesterone caproate is 428.6
Specific absorption= (21379.3*10)/428.6
= 498.7
Can i use this value or any where can i get this Specific absorption value can any one help me to resolve my doubt.
