Polyphosphate detection UV
Basic questions from students; resources for projects and reports.

						Hello, is it possible to detect polypphosphates with LC-UV? I can not find at what wavelengths the phosphate would absorb light, my guess is very low (<200nm).

						That would be my guess as well. Borrow a spectrophotometer and check.
