HI,

I am looking for a company to perform preventive maintenance and service calls on my companies analytical instruments. We have 2 HPLCs (waters 2695 with a 486 detector and the second is an old 616 pump with a 717 auto sampler and a 486 detector), a HP 5890 FID and HP 6890 MS instrument. We are located in Lancaster PA.

I am hoping that I can get a recommendation from someone.

We're using Perkin Elmer's One Source group who can handle all of those instruments. We just started the contract with them and things have been a little rough with the scheduling but they are starting to smooth out. We have over 100 systems that need PM and their engineers are here several days a week. Agilent has a similar group. I know there are a couple of companies based in Illinois and Michigan as well. Linkedin is a good resource for finding them as well.

Just my experience, LC solution is the best. They do really give priority to small companies too unlike the giant companies where you have to wait days for response in case of break down.
