I would like to know if nano flow columns ( <1 mm int dia, 1.7 um particle size) can avoid coelution of analytes in a mass range (<600 m/z)?? Also are these columns robust (especially RT) for routine quantification analysis? Anyone has experience with these columns for routine analysis?
