Empower (Build 1154)-full audit trail

hi all,
can anyone please tell me which are the differences between a full audit trail software to one that has no audit trail enable?

The list of what can and can't be copied into a FAT (Full Audit Trail) project is different from that of nonFAT projects. Also, depending on selected options within a given FAT project, and system settings, you may be required to add comments to documentation about certain changes to methods, results etc. etc. These comments (and password entries for comments) are not required in nonFAT projects.
