Dear all,

we are trying to integrate a peak using an integration event with Chemstation and we have observed that the integration is not correct. The integration of the peak is splitted in two. Does anyone know why does it happen?

Should change/include any other parameter in the table?

We are using version A.09.xx.

Thanks a lot for your help!
You have a tiny valley near the top of your peak. If you increqse your peak width parameter that should fix the integration.

best wishes,

ROD
Like Rod said, play with your Integration Events. If the change is better, then save the change as abcdef.M. We have used A.09 for years and years...
Dear,
Just remove the base line of both and re-integrate it. problem will be solved.

Akbar
Dear all,

your suggestion about the peak width worked. Thank you very much!
You are welcome.
