THE EASIEST WAY TO EXECUTE CHEMSTATION BATCH FILES TO EXCEL

It is very easy, takes only a minute. after months of research and destroy 
, we found the easiest way to fix this problem. it is a combination indeed. install a virtual pdf document writer, in chemstation; go to file, print options and select pdf writer as default. go to your batch report window and press print, the pdf writer will ask you ,how to save . save the file and open with a pdf viewer. and in viewer select "select all" , than paste this to an txt file. open excell , open your saved txt file, a window will come to ask you how you want to open the file, select limited (i use a turkish excell so i don't know the exact words, a 2nd window will come and select "space " only. you will see that your batch report are in perfect shape.
