Agilent LC-MS-MS

Dear Members,
I am new to MS analysis. After the experiment (It is Agilent LC-MS-MS) of the plant extract, received the files in xls,pdf and ".d folder" In .d folder there is NO ".d or .ms" files.
and only available file extensions are "STG,XML,XSD,CG,CD AND BIN". I wish to convert mzxml or netcdf format for further workouts. I don't have any Masshunter softwares.
Is there any possible ways to do further? please recommend other software will do.
