MEMANTIN HCL TABLET

Hi, i am making analitical dissolution method for memantin hcl tablet,
i tried a method with RID detector and it is working, same method is good for assay,and for impurity i done the method with hplc, is there any alternative mehod for memantine tablet that you know for dissolution
is it possible to make an online dissolution method, or UV method,
please share your advice, Thanks

you may try dansyl cloride derivatization and detection fluorence detector. ELSD also works for memantine. It gives absorbance at 210 nm but your dissolution concentration will possibly not be enough for online UV spectrophotometric detection.
