Unit of Chromatogram

Dear Chromatographers,
what is the unit of Chromatogram in Y axis of Mass Lynx software.It showing %. It is what percentage.In analyst it is Showing cps(Cycles per Second) and in UV it is showing mV any one konwing what is the percentage on Y-axis of MassLynx chromatogram please reply

It shows the percentage of the height of the most intense peak in the chromatogram (its height shown in top right corner - in cps?).
