DSS on the empowerment 2

I am performing an analyse which the baseline is naturally inclined. So, i am having a problem to get the DSS, because all the baseline in the entire run is inclined and I don't have a straigh segment. But When I calculate the DSS manualy I get a good valor. If you see, the noisy is good, but the inclination harm the evaluation os the DSS

I would like to know how to show to the empower that the segment is inclined to calculate the DSS.

Not sure what a DSS is but you can try a "force baseline by time" integration event to compensate for a drifting baseline if the baseline is not quite what you want.

DSS is detector sensibility solution. It is the limit of detection
