Thanks in advance.

Having trouble getting the software popluate peak area information into the calibration review window. The intergration is good, peak is recognized in the chromatogram. The calibration review winsow takes in the concentration/levels specifided in the peak/group section, but not the peak area information. Any one know what's the problem?

Agilent is very lazy in responding to service request. My next GC, I believe, won't be an Agilent one.
Did you run the sample as a calibration sample from the sequence. Did you specify the level then in the sequence table. Or did you just run it as a single sample?
I need a bit more information from you to find out what step is missing in the calibration.

Freek is right as he should be coming from the source itself. You will see your peak area info in the table under the Review Calibration Table once you have entered your Peak info in the Peaks/Groups table. Many people forget this as its needed for the calibration table to populate. Then use the Run Type Calibration Begin and add your samples level by level. Be sure to also have your sequence table pointing to the right method and data folders. This can be found in the Sequence menu under the Properties window and then File Paths. Once this has been done, process the sequence and the table will populate. Remember that each calibration is method file specific.

BTW, Having an Agilient rep on this board shows that they are not lazy at all. They keep track of most issues in the chromatography arena
