Hi
I am using 7890GC with 5975MS. Recently, when I tried to run a sequence with 7 vials, the sequence stops at vial and says "RUN METHOD ERROR..SEE LOG BOOK.."

Can anyone suggest me what could be the issue here

Thanks in advance

Have you seen LOG BOOK ?
Check the Logbook. I find that if I am very lucky the reason might be logged.
Usually the logbook says something like "fatal sequence error" or some other worthless statement. Check to see where in the sequence it stopped. The most common place is when Chemstation loads the method for the next line.
Another place is when it removes the temporary data files and converts them to the .MS data files. This is a place where it can fail if your C drive partition is full. Agilent likes to ship the computers with a small C drive and a lot of space on D. Windows puts all its updates on C and can fill up the partition quickly if you don't clean it up or increase the space.
