Hi,

Is anyone out there do quats by IC?

Currently on a Dionex NS1 column using 35% methanol solvent MSA eluant and chemical supression.

Would be intersted if anyone has experience of Quats on other Dionex columns with lower solvents and CSRS supressor.

Methods that I am proposing here are not based on Dionex technology, but may be you are not totally stuck with it.

dpr,

What quats are you working with? What is your eluent: just MSA, methanol and H2O? You should be able to get by with less methanol if you change to a more highly hydrated anion such as acetic acid.
