Hy everyone!
I am having difficulty with the system Dionex Ultimate3000. On the panel of Flow manager appears error "Flow control valve failure" or " Flow control valve limit" on panel. In Cromeleon Log file error is "flow control valve failure or column path not tight" or 'insufficient pump flow". When I disconnect column from switching valve, there is no error, when I reconnect column appears error message. When error appears the running program is aborted. Chromatograph operated by HyStar. I washed with isopropanol system to avoid the presence of bubbles, pressure in the system does not jumps. What could be the cause of the error?

Alena
Hi Alena,

Have you tried running the Diagnostic test within Chromeleon? If you are running version 6.8 SR2 or later, this should be available in the control panel menu under Control>Diagnostics. This may provide you with a little more information as to the cause of the issue.
