Dear All,
I am developing a multi Pesidue method in API-2000.for one of the compound base line started at 1.0 e4.how this higher baseline comes any one know how to remove this problem please reply

Flush the HPLC column with a minimum HPLC grade Acetronitrile gradiently overnigth, then check your baseline again.
