Column Selection....

I currently use an Agilent HP-ULTRA 2 to quantify Polyethylene Glycol in Carbowax.

I'm working on a method that will look at quantifying Propylene Glycol in a HydroGel. I've been getting good results from the PoraPLOT-Q column.

To avoid disturbing the system routinely, I was wondering if there is a suitable column I could use for both tests?

Regards.

IF
you can use the Agilent HP-ULTRA 2 for the propylene glycol
then you have the single column you desire.

I doubt there is any other possibility.

best wishes,

Rod

Initial trials showed that the HP-ULTRA 2 didn't work with the PEG.

Based on that and what you say; it looks like we have no choice.

Thank you.
