Hi,

I am trying to make a linear curve using peak areas of my sample. I injected a sample at 5, 10, 20, and 50uL which the sample contains 4 peaks. I want to plot each peak area for each level to get a curve and an R squared value so i can get 4 curves and 4 R squares.

I cannot remember how to do this, I just got back from a 4 month break away from Empower and these little things have left my mind on how to do them.

Thank you for the help
Greg
If you had dealed in the past with Empower, this should fairly easy:
Put your samples as standards, plug in the amounts for each peak, go to review and push calibrate.

Thanks for the help. I knew it was really something simple, I just could not figure out what i was missing.
