Hi,

I am using the chromeleon 7 software and obtained a nice integration method. The peaks are reported in rel% area as acidic, main and basic in the integration. However, the number of peaks change for certain samples which are then not visible in the sequence summary. Is there a way to group peaks based on their retention time to avoid this problem? How can I present the peak's group result in the summary? Thanks

if you want to describe them as an unknown group then yes you can. you assign a range of RT and the process method will know what to do.
if you want to give them name then you can group them in the peak table.

now you will also need to change some of the settings in the report it self if you want to ,make a summary of this group. there are several ways to do this, and there are several key variables that are for groups in CM

if you want more details with graphic on how to do it then send me a mail and i can send you the procedures
